This CD-ROM is a preview of The Tobacco Atlas, 3rd Edition, which will launch March 10, 2009.

The full Tobacco Atlas and interactive TobaccoAtlas.org web site will include non-map data on several topics including:

• Timeline of the history of tobacco
• Tobacco's effects on the body
• Mass media campaigns in tobacco control
• Tools that allow researchers to compare countries and download data, charts and other resources.
